Shipping cost is not refundable.

Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items, excluding bed frames. Bed frames are subject to a 50% restocking fee due to the size, handling, and processing requirements associated with these items. These fees help cover the costs of processing and restocking returned products. We appreciate your understanding and strive to keep our return process as fair and transparent as possible.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
